Offered is a rare pipe banner to the 48th Highlanders with the Regimental crest on a blue ground and the crest of the clan Fraser on a red ground of silk, the hole being bordered in bullion fringe. Offered here is a rare pair of issue WWI SD Other Ranks Service Trousers. Good condition, un-faded khaki colour, liner sound and WD marked, with some minor mothing. All buttons present. Sizing not labeled, however, this was on a mannequin for display, so a reasonable size. These are extremely hard to find.  read more

Infantry Officer Frock Coat 1899

Offered is an Infantry Officer scarlet frock with blue facings and cuffs, pleated patch pockets on the chest, Victorian Officer Canada Militia Buttons and rank of 2nd Lt. The tunic suffers mothing on the arms and pockets and some minor staining on the fly. Needs some restoration.

Button Stick

A simple brass button stick for polishing buttons, designed to protect the clothing from staining from the Brasso. I believe this to be WWII, although it is marked BO broad arrow. Victorian sticks were normally made of wood.  read more

1914-15 Princess Mary Christmas Gift Brass Tin

The famous Christmas gift issued to every soldier in the line in 1914 and 1915. These tins were issued with cigarettes' and Tabaco or a pencil in the form of a cartridge, including a greeting card from Princess Mary. This tin is in great shape, but holds no contents. A nice example.  read more

WWI Spare Scope Lens

Offered is an eye piece for a scope for eith an officer or a sniper. These eye pieces were carried in a leather tube attached to a full scope as part of the kit. The ther sleeve is missing its lid, but the slide that would attach to the parent scope strap is present. A lovely small framed staged photo of all the officers in the Argyles full dress uniform some where in Hamilton Ontario circa 1900 to 1910. Has a list of the officers on the reverse. A good reference piece. Has glass, so I prefer to keep it in Canada for shipping purposes.  read more

WWI Lee Enfield Rifle Case or Sleeve

Offered is a very rare item for carrying the Lee Enfield Rifle. Dated 1915 and Broad Arrow marked, these were issued with the rifle. Few have survived and this example is in great condition with the soldiers name on the lip.  read more
