WWII Winter Mountain Ski Cap
The cap is similar to the German M43 in shape and design and was probably not popular for that reason. These were produced for Canadian and British troops training in mountain or winter warfare. Not a common cap and in great condition. Dated 1943, a version of this cap was made for Korea in Bush olive drab cotton and these may have been issued for Korea for wear with BD. read more

WWII Naval Cap and Tin
A Naval tin for the standard cap decorated with a picture from a newspaper, probably the owner JR Beland. The cap is the white dress cap with HMCS on the ribbon, but faded. The cap is complete and includes a blue cloth cover dated 1945. There are spare new ribbons as well. The tin is in fair condition, with a bit of scratching and the name plate engraved.
