Queen's Own Rifles Plaque Decor

Offered is a one of a kind 3D QOR metal decor off a plaque or monument. The item consists of 3 figures in relief in a skirmish line ready to fire their rifles. The figures are complete, but one is missing his plume. The metal form is made from spelter and has a large bolt and nut on the reverse to mount on a wood plaque of some kind. No idea its significance, but was once a part of what I think would be an important display. Stands about 18" by 10" wide. Research required.
