WWII Large Kit Duffle Bag with Carry Strap and Latch

Typical Issue WWII duffle bag of the type used later in the war. These bags were stuffed with soldiers belongings, including winter kit, such as greatcoats, sweaters, jerkins, etc and change of undergarments. They were carried by the Regimental or Company baggage train, the gear in the rear. This one is named and is marked with a date 1943. In good condition. Named to Pte FJ Clarke.
