M1898 Haversack - Spanish American War - 3rd Connecticut Volunteer Regiment
A decent example of a US haversack from the Spanish American War c.1900. Good used condition overall, some fading to the unit markings, original owners name on inside flap, another set of initials on reverse, probably post war, internal flap button intact with original sling. The unit was raised in 1898 and served in Savannah Georigia. Volunteer units as a general rule served on US soil. read more

US Cartridge Belt Late 1890s - possibly by Hulbert
A variant of the Mills equipment belt having slots for ammo and the typical late 19th Century "C" type closure buckle rig of the pattern. Some of the weave has come free, not the best condition, but an affordable example of the web variant. These were issued to the US army and also used in the civilian markets. read more

Offered is a close to mint US Army Remington pistol introduced for use by the cavalry during the Indian Wars. The original finish is 95% and the wood grip is fine.
