Flight Lt Pilots Battledress Tunic
A worn example of the WWII issued BD tunic for aircrews. These tunics were for combat, and were more practical to the confines of the cockpit than the service dress worn earlier in the war. This example has the original RCAF pilot wings, shoulder rank and Canada flashes. It shows wear and includes a mission wing pin on the front left pocket. Some soiling and wear, with small moth nip, label removed, but definitely wartime issue. A great display piece.
