WWII Flare Pistol No 1 Mk V

Offered is a smaller version of Flare Pistol family. Over all the body is sound, the body has most of its original (70%) finish with some rust on the hammer and is stamped Broad Arrow. The mechanism cocks, but the pin is bent and will not align with the pin aperture preventing it fully closing. I essence it is deactivated by this minor damage. A nice example.
