A Dominion of Canada Rifle Association Coin 1868

A beautiful coin with a pair of marksman in relief, one an artilleryman, the other a rifleman standing next to each other in a congratulatory hand shake as good sportsman. It is not known if this is simply a souvenir or an award with there being no name of a recipient on the coin. The coin has a dark brown patina to the surface with some minor wear. A very attractive item that was issued by the national competition authority.
